　　崗 位 職 責(zé)Primary Duties and Responsibilities

　　1.完成新產(chǎn)品過程開發(fā)工作，確保開發(fā)過程符合APQP和PLP要求和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。

　　Be responsible for process design of new project, insure meet the requirement of APQP and project timing.

　　2.根據(jù)工藝流程，會同項(xiàng)目組相關(guān)人員策劃生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和工裝，確定過程參數(shù)，參與生產(chǎn)設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試。

　　According to process flow, plan production equipment and tooling with team member. Setting process parameter, participate equipment install and trial run.

　　3.完成新產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)，滿足報(bào)價(jià)要求。

　　Finish the quotation of the new product.

　　4.保持與行業(yè)最新技術(shù)和方法的同進(jìn)，能夠在新產(chǎn)品的過程開發(fā)中消化并運(yùn)用這些技術(shù)。

　　Synchronize with the advanced techniques in the global, digest and use these techniques during new product launching.

　　5.產(chǎn)品批產(chǎn)后，負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)場工藝和工程更改，對產(chǎn)品工藝持續(xù)改進(jìn)。

　　Be responsible for process on site and engineering change after SOP. Conduct continuously improvement on process.

　　6.參與客戶質(zhì)量問題的分析和解決。

　　Participate in customer issue analyze and solving.

　　7.分析過程缺陷，協(xié)助橫向工程師解決相關(guān)問題。

　　Analyze defects in process; assist other engineer to solve issues.

　　8.完成工廠新產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)。

　　Finish PIFF of manufacturing department.
