　　職位描述：

　　1. Work out capacity planning and Capex investment plan in the production unit.

　　2. Create yearly budget and quarterly RFC data in terms of shift arrangement, personal need, raw material requirement, maintenance plan and related expense data. Oversee relevant data on regular base.

　　3. Employ and develop qualified employee, ensure sufficient training to staff. Carry out employee appraisal process and works out future personal development roadmap for direct reports.

　　4. Work in technical projects to ensure safe production process. Initiate proper CCO (Change Control Order) revise and approve URS (user requirement specification) & SFS (supplier feature specification), process FMEA and process qualification documents.

　　5. Oversee NCR and CAPA status to ensure relevant actions closed on right timely manner.
