　　職位描述：

　　Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　* Make accurate, relevant and timely management reports and financial analysis to accurately reflect the status of the business

　　* Be responsible to process information, prepare and develop analytical tools and presentations on the performance of the business area on a regular and ad hoc basis.

　　* Maintain and update reporting system and process

　　* Make functional cost analysis

　　* Calculate CUGP for sales quotation and be part of the key point in the pre-approval process.

　　* Participate in projects for supporting any involvement concerning finance and accounting

　　* Calculate salesman commission monthly according to the company’s commission policy

　　* Communicate and work with other department to give feedback

　　* Support team leader and business controller in coordination and facilitation of external audits including the annual audit and interim state audits.

　　* Follow up whole process of C type order, including budget checking, project follow up file maintenance, actual status checking, warning mail sending and cost booking frozen, WIP and Provision maintain, Project team working hour tracing and booking.
